In order to make the service more customer friendly a short code helpline for lodging complains is now available pan India. The common number for all LPG , Petrol and Kerosene customers of IOC is 155233 (only 6 digits in place of 11 digits). All the charges towards the call will be borne by the IOC. Through this single or unique number any customer can query or register complaints in the call centers being operated by all three oil companies.
